Housecall Pro provides the chat window on this website. The name, phone number, messages, and attachments you submit are processed by Housecall Pro and made available to One Shot. Its CSR AI service may respond, help with booking, or pass the conversation to our team, according to our Housecall Pro settings.

The chat form explains its text-message terms before you start a conversation and may ask you to verify your phone number. Do not send payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information in chat. AI can make mistakes; contact our team if a response or appointment detail needs clarification. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
